Dr. Kim Ross
Chiropractor
Ph.D in Biomechanics
Dr. Kim Ross received his Ph.D. in Biomechanics from the University of Waterloo in 2003 under the supervision of Dr. S. McGill. Dr. Ross graduated from The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (C.M.C.C.) in 1987.
Since 1988, he has been teaching chiropractic skills and body biomechanics at C.M.C.C. and currently holds the title of Associate Professor. In 1999, he obtained the position of Chair for the Department of Applied Chiropractic. In 2008 he became Director of Education, Year I.
He has been published in Spine, Clinical Biomechanics, The Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, Manual Therapy and the Journal of Osteopathic Medicine.
In 2003, he received an award as Researcher of the Year from the Ontario Chiropractic Association. Dr. Ross has lectured in Canada, United States, England, Ireland, Australia, Switzerland and Denmark. His audiences include student chiropractors, chiropractors, chiropodists, podiatrists, physiotherapists and faculty members at various educational institutions. He is also a council member on the National Council on Fall Risk Awareness and Prevention.
